Cannot day enough good things about Clean Water - they were very patient with me as I had to wait a few months to purchase and install the system. Work was completed in one day and done extremely well!!! So happy with the professional installation and customer service. Price point was great. Highly recommend.

John and his crew are great. We had an excellent experience with Clean Water. I got the system I wanted without the pushy sales pitch I was expecting to get. John was honest in his reviews of all the systems and left the choice up to me, which was a good sign from the start. He delivered the equipment a few hours before they were ready to install so that it would be good to go. It didn't take up very much room in my garage at all btw. The guys that John brought out were also great to work with. John came 3 times during installation to check on the progress and when it was all said and done he went over how the system worked and answered all our questions. After he left I did have an issue with my garage door not closing bc the drain pipe was too close, but one call to John and he assured me they would fix it the next day. I will admit it was the end of the day, which didnt make me happy, but it was fixed the next day nonetheless. Now the water. My water was so hard that my kids were getting skin breakdown, my hair was fried and it felt gross. Within one day I noticed how clean everything was getting, from the clothes to the bath time it was squeaky clean, and softer. The RO system they installed did too good of a job cleaning the water and the taste you expect from a Fiji bottle was missing. You need an alkaline filter added to get that great tasting water. I TOTALLY FORGOT TO ASK JOHN TO INSTALL ONE. I was almost embarrassed at this point to call him up and ask... but I didn't even have to! He called me a few days later to see how everything was going with the system, which was great btw, and I told him how I forgot to ask. He told me "no problem we can install it for you at the end of this week"... If that isnt great customer service I dont know what is people. I love my water and I would definitely recommend Clean Water to anyone in El Paso, no matter what side of town you live on- go to the BEST.

John Garcia and his workers are number one. I was very impressed with his honesty and work ethic. After spending many hours researching whole house water softening systems his product was by far the best I found. In fact his was the only system I found that removed fluoride as well as all the other toxic materials, without additional costs. John was more than willing to split the system so the water that goes to the garden would remain city water without softening. This will save us supplies and materials, and ensure the system has a longer life span. The price was very low for the quality and guarantee of the water system. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Both John and his helpers worked independently without disrupting the household. The job was done professionally and quickly. In addition, they cleaned up, leaving no debris behind. We love the new system and would certainly recommend anyone looking at any kind of water system.
