We were away for the summer and experienced water in basement from heavy rains in July. Even though we had some help from a neighbor too much water had traveled through basement and into carpet causing moisture and mold problems. Upon returning we read reviews and contacted several references. All very good! We felt comfortable to have company fully remediate our basement. The job included carpet removal, much furniture and junk removal, drywall and molding removal and inspection, HEPA vacuuming, heavy duty fans, cleaning and mold removal, paint sealant and basement fogging. There was a caring and responsible crew working on the project from start to finish. We were most impressed by the sincere patience that the project manager, Sia and owner, Gary provided us throughout. Many questions were asked and accurate answers were provided with patience and respect. Gary also arranged for first class air vent cleaning and air quality testing from third parties. We highly recommend Clean and Shine!

The ceiling in our master bedroom fell in! OMG what a disaster...insulation and drywall everywhere...I had used Clean and Shine to clean my carpets for over 10 years. Gave them a call and they were there the next day!!!! A full day of work for four people to clean up the mess, but now the place is spotless...just gotta get a new ceiling. Really great job and really nice people!
