I needed a cleaning ASAP for family that was coming into town. The owner was out of town but worked with me on the phone to get someone out to clean my house. What they did clean was very thorough but I paid for a deep cleaning & did not get that. They forgot to clean my baseboards, top of refrigerator, & one thing that I STRESSED I really needed was cobwebs removed in my two story foyer. They assured me that would be done but forgot to do it. They could not get someone out to clean those things before my family arrived but offered a discount on my next cleaning service.

Very professional outfit. I was impressed when the owner came to my house and went over every detail and gave me a sound quote. I was very satisfied with the cleaning and look forward to having a lot more. The price is a little higher than if you had an individual do it, but the professionalism and consistecy makes it worth it! This is the first time with a cleaning service instead of an individual and I am happy with my choice.

The customer service has been extraordinary. The personalized service from Nora the cleaner is great, we have never used a service as good as Cleaning Maid Easy.
