This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Never return phone calls, do not follow up. So focused on obtaining weekly services they can't perform the task in which you required services in the first place. Connelly is rude and lacks the ability to communicate effectively with customers. While he recognizes his weakness in communication he does nothing to improve it and the customer is the one that suffers.
Response by Clearwater Pools of Birmingham: Yes we did struggle at first to communicate with this customer as to when we would be coming out & what our pricing structure covered. The situation was thought to be remedied once our manager went out on site & spoke with the customer face to face. The work to follow was presented in a quote & was approved. We discounted our services to try & work with the unsatisfied customer. Unfortunately we were not able to resolve the situation for the customer.

These two pros and came out within hours! Very professional,knowledgeable ,patient and honest !They never tried to up sell or give us services we did not need or want . They wouldn’t even take a tip I offered several times ! I would use and recommend this company any day of the week ! You do not see this caliber of caring and service everyday !
