Not timely. Dishonest. Wouldn't hire again, nor would recommend. Over promised and under delivered. Argumentative when approached about issues. the quote used in description about how they would treat your home like theirs is a crock! they left dirt everywhere, didnt put any drop cloths down. 10 days late after repetitively informing me they were completed. they obviously needed more babysitting to ensure timely completion. overall disappointed.

We hired D-Zign Plus Builders to complete a lower-level renovation of our elderly parents' home, allowing them complete wheelchair access. This was a very stressful time for our parents, but Gary and Colt put them at ease and made them feel empowered and heard throughout the renovation process. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and their professionalism, attention to detail, and high integrity made this a great experience for everyone involved.

Our job blew up from a single bathroom remodel to both bathrooms, all the plumbing and electrical work too (never open the walls of 75 year old house). So a huge job. The best thing I can tell anyone thinking about hiring Gary is that he is super responsive. The job took far longer than either of us anticipated, but I was confident throughout that any time I asked a question, had a concern, or flat out didn't like something, Gary would take care of it.

DZign Builders were incredibly thorough in our remodel process. They helped design a new great room for our growing family, and were flexible through design adjustments. The employees were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. They even stepped in to help with various items we hadn't been able to fix previously - including a toilet. The employees were exceptionally kind. The final result is something I couldn't have put together myself, and has made a significant difference in our living circumstance. We are so pleased and happy we worked with DZign Plus.

Blowed off first appointment called 6 weeks later. After showing up late more than not. I got nothing for the $1800 I paid them I regret ever letting them come to my home

I'm really sorry Alan was dissatisfied. But my first appointment was scheduled by home advisory while I was out of town. (I didn?t understand the HomeAdvisor system back then). That's why I didn't make that first appointment. I don't remember ever being late for an appointment? And as for the client not getting anything for his 1800.00 is his fault. I had drawn his finished site plan with both his existing and his new proposed addition parameters on the plan. In addition I drew his detached garage floor plan and elevations, I had spent hours talking to Alan and Sandy City officials regarding Alan's proposed project. I offered Alan the finished site plan last time we spoke before he paid me the 1800.00. He said he didn't need it right then. I don't understand what could have happened? But this text was his last request. ?It said? I will not need any more info from you or any further contact, Alan. So I respected his request. Sorry Alan, but I put forth a lot of time and hard work for you to disregard in this way without an explanation as to why. Best of luck to you.
