Itâ s been a couple of months since Noahâ s team completed our basement reno. All I can say is wow. They took our basic design and not only executed it well, the crew lead also recommended a few modifications that have taken the project from an 8 to a 10. The insulation they recommended, along with some ductwork changes have turned the basement family room into a climate-controlled haven thatâ s as beautiful as it is functional. Seriously, we had 1100 sqft of dead spaceâ now, itâ s everyoneâ s preferred area of the house. Noah also provided a detailed estimate describing the full extent of services and communicated well at every phase of the project. He is very knowledgeable and provided great advice on what materials we needed based on our goals, style, and family needs (little kids and dogs can be hard on surfaces). He also helped us to navigate shortages to minimize delays and costs. Cliffbrook has been super patient with changes throughout the project. Overall, this company is fantastic and merits its 5-star rating. We will definitely hire them for future projects and have recommended they to our family and friends.
