Dwayne was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. He took time to review my apartment in detail, discuss a range of options and then sent a thorough proposal. We were able to discuss ways to alter the plans to meet my budget, which was helpful. Due to my building's condo board, I had to use a different provider and had a terrible experience with the other contractor. A few months and headaches later, I called Dwayne for a second opinion and he gladly came over, provided solutions for the problems I had, and also spotted multiple additional issues. He devoted time and attention to explaining in detail how the job should have been done. I was lucky to have had Dwayne around to help me hold my contractor accountable for their sloppy work. Dwayne did not accept any compensation for all of this work- after I tried multiple times to compensate him for helping me out so much. He really knows what he is talking about, has a great attitude, and was there for me even though I didn't hire him initially (because I couldn't!!). I regret not pushing my condo board harder to go with the provider I had suggested... I will certainly be calling on Dwayne for any maintenance and other work I have in the future. Thank you again for being there for me!

Dwayne responded promptly to my Angi's request and was able to get to my residence within 36 hours of my initial request. This was amazing response for an A/C repair service in the middle of a heatwave! (Others companies couldn't schedule me for 7-20 days, and another highly rated Angi's referral led me on twice, then didn't show up or follow up...). Dwayne was on time, courteous and wore his mask (COVID-19 protocol) without being asked. He did a thorough inspection and measurement of my system from roof condenser unit to thermostat to indoor air handler/coil. Sadly, after 2.5 hours of meticulous inspections and measurements we determined that it's not worth fixing my system- it's already 12 years old- and it would be prohibitively expensive. So, he's planning to send me estimates to install a new, more powerful and more efficient system. He was honest, thorough, experienced and seemed incredibly well informed, so I'm inclined to seriously consider him for a new system install. He bills hourly with no half hour pro-rating, so I had to pay a full 3 hour fee to essentially determine that my system wasn't worth fixing. That hurt, but it was ultimately better than throwing more money towards repairing a leaking, polluting system that likely won't last much longer.

This company is the real deal!! Professional, respectful and adhere to covid19 guidelines at 100%!!! Referring him to all my friends and family in the tri state area. Highly recommended for maintenance of your AC units yearly. Because the price was excellent we're buying and installing new units. Response time was excellent and ontime. I'm still waiting on the other companies to reply to me and they never did. This company is on point in all aspects. HIGHLY recommend!!!

They really stand behind their products, even after the warranty expires. Whenever there is an issue they show up and get it repaired quickly. They help troubleshoot and solve issues and don't just push you into new units. The factory rep came to inspect the install and said they did an amazing job.
