I believe this is one of those instances when you get good customer service only until the sale is made. The salesman was accommodating until the sale was made and now I, the customer, no longer exist. Since he said I should call him if I ever needed anything, I contacted him about a month ago because I needed 5 minutes of his time to fill out a rebate form which only Climate Partners could complete. When I called his office I was told by the person answering the phone that she's also been waiting for him to complete another form for her. On another occasion when I called, the person hung up on me when I told him who I wanted to speak with. I am sorry I ever bought the air-conditioning unit from this company.

Project: Install Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
My only complaint is they should communicate with the customer and confirm the dates one or two days before the job. Also, explain the process. There were deliveries from different sources to the house. They should have informed me. The promised rebate was pursued by me because the installer didn't have the answers and the office worker wasn't sure. Finally someone did call me back. Communication needs improvement.

The salesman mentioned an energy rebate. Since the installation I have not heard from them. I left a message with the salesman last week and still have not been contacted. I will call him again this week. Also the installer did not tell me how controls worked, he just said it used the same thermostat as our old A/C. I'm not sure how to turn it off and don't know what filters to get.

Project: Install Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
Dave is very knowledgeable with regard to meeting local building permit requirements. I'm selling my home next year. Dave offered interest free financing to allow for the cost of the job to be paid by the profit on the sale of the house. The job was completed as scheduled. The installing tech informed me at the end of the job that my furnace emergency switch at the top of the cellar stairs was not reconnected to the new furnace. I reported it to Dave several days later, as I had not yet received a follow up call on the job. It didn't appear that Dave was aware that the switch had not been connected. A discussion followed with regard to the need for an emergency switch at the top of the cellar stairs, which was concerning. Dave informed me he would check with the team about the disconnected switch. He followed up by sending the electrician out to connect the emergency switch to the replaced furnace. It was unsettling to me that I needed to follow up and bring the issue to Dave's attention.
