    We are in the process of getting our old home ready for sale. Since we live 45 minutes away now, getting there to mow has been difficult. I informed Donald of this and told them it had been 3-4 weeks since the last mow and that the backyard was very long. He went out to look and then contacted me to say he would mow it Friday and it would cost $25. I accepted. Due to weather, he did not get out until Saturday morning. To be expected the backyard didn't look great. What wasn't expect is the long grass had not been bagged. When I contacted him he said he would be back later in the week to cut again and bag it if he could get ahold of a mower set up to bag. He did not come back. He also did not come back the next week since we had set it up to be mowed every 2 weeks. I contacted him on the 3rd week. Text and call. I received a text the next morning saying "Sorry mrs. ****. I'm not equipped to cut such tall grass. Sorry for the inconvenience. I will return your key this week." To which I replied "I would have appreciated you telling me this prior to now. I could have had someone else show up last week to cut it again. But now the grass is back to being crazy tall and the next person will go through the same issue. Slightly unprofessional of you in my opinion. Please return the keys by 4 p.m. today. We will be meeting another service there tomorrow afternoon and they will need the keys." I am hoping my gate keys will be there tonight. Still needing to find a new service.
