They were very responsive on the initial quote and very competitive, however after they had my contents the good service stopped. I gave them the delivery date 3 weeks in advance and I could not get them to schedule a date. I received a call 2 days before my closing asking if they could deliver the next day and I did not hear from them again until they were at my new home on the date of closing. They scratched the floor, I have several damaged items and I have a message with no response. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The movers were very careless with my stuff. I have deep scratches on my headboard, dresser, and also my hardwood floor. They destroyed a one year old Samsung french door refrigerator. It was barely a year old. Several of my husband's wood working tables and safes were damaged. I am sick about my refrigerator. It was like new. The movers were nice, but it only seemed like one of them knew what he was doing. I gave them a very nice tip. The only thing I thought was damaged was my refrigerator until I starting looking around and found all the other damage, but the movers had gone by then. I called Coach USA the next day and they were not much help. They said turn in the claim. The company makes it very hard on you wanting so much paperwork. I think that is there intention. Very frustrating. All I really want is my refrigerator replaced because it was a very expensive. They have really disappointed me. I have just sent my claim in and waiting on them to contact me. The company just needs to do what is right. Also when I booked this with Coach USA, they told me it would not be a third party moving company. The movers that show up was in a Enterprise Leased truck with Ocean Moving and Storage. So I want people to know what to expect from this company. The stress of moving is bad enough and then get no help from the company. I would not recommend this moving company. Update: The company did make it right with customer service. They reimbursed me for the refrigerator and honored my request.
