We hired Jim to inspect a potential rental property. He was amazingly thorough. He told us how small things could be remedied but to contact our insurance company to have them look at the roof and verify that they would insure as is or only after replacement. We were so impressed that we paid him inspect our house as well. He found where critters were building a nest they extended into our attic. If you want a thorough inspection by a qualified and personable advisor select Code Red.

John was very detail and gave me great information that helped me understand the difference between major deal breakers and minor maintenance work that just needed our attention in the future. He took the time with me and I felt he gave us the confidence to purchase our forever home! The other thing I would like to share is that when we called we were on a very tight closing schedule and John was able to fit us in quickly.
