I used Peter Colgan and Colgan Tree and Landscape services to do substantial trimming on the trees in both my front and back yards. It was a major project that took the better part of a day. One thing I noticed, which I had never seen with services I had used in the past, was the full attention to detail and thoroughness of the work that was done. They took care of everything I had discussed with them and I was especially impressed with the care they took in maintaining the look of the property. It was nice to use a service that really seemed to understand trees and the aesthetics of the work that they do. When the project was done, Peter fully honored the terms of the work and was both timely, and extremely pleasant to deal with. I would recommend Colgan Tree service in a second and feel extremely comfortable about using them on future projects.

Amazing precision! Peter's crew removed a huge old oak from a narrow space between houses, with very difficult access, in Northport village. Peter is that rare (nowadays) business owner and professional who really cares about his reputation and the quality of his work. Goes through extra steps to insure the homeowner is happy with the end result. After this experience, Peter is on my short list of contractors for my other landscaping needs.
