Nick provided great service, great work and he was personable and priced right. Great work ethic, showed up on time and had great communication skills. He told me about the process so that I knew what was going to happen next. I felt very comfortable with him.

He told me the project would leave my yard as it was before starting however loads of debris and dirt was left instead of my rock and landscaping. He had to borrow tools and hardware to finish the job. Hard to get ahold of and made excuses for not showing up when he said he would. The installed product was good but the mess left was not as expected. He also lost one of my tools and did not knock off any price.

I will be hiring him again. Great all the way around

In general, I was happy with the work that Nick performed and the window itself. My one frustration was that he never installed the screen in the window and it was not until after I had paid him that I realized this was the case. I attempted to install it myself but unbeknownst to me, it was missing hardware. When I contacted him as to why the screen had not been installed he told me he could not work it out either but that he would go back to the manufacturer, get it replaced and install it. Over the course of the next couple of weeks I contacted him multiple times about getting the screen installed and while he insisted he would get it done, it never happened. Eventually he told me he was flat out and that I could go to the manufacturer, get the screen and install it myself. I ultimately ended up doing this but I did not like the fact that he had not completed the job per expectations and that it ultimately fell on me to do the running around to get the job completed.

Nick and his crew were quick and efficient in replacing our roof due to hail damage. They dropped supplies one day and were completely finished the next. They were easy to work with and cleaned up well afterward. I would hire again.

NIck's professionalism and quality work led to me hiring him beyond the egress window installation to exterior trim repair and painting the entire exterior of the house, plus some additional repairs, in spite of short notice and the early snow we had in Oct and Nov. He did an awesome job, all within code, and great value. Would highly recommend him for general contracting projects.

I requested information about an egress window installed on 12/23, Nick replied back w/in 1hr of my initial request. He was on vacation and wanted to set up a time to meet for the estimate when he returned to Denver on Sunday. As it turned out we got our times crossed but he showed up at the house and did an estimate. He texted and emailed me all the estimate and said he could get the work completely done on Friday 12/27, of course I hired him and he was true to his word. He started around 8am and finished before 4pm (that was clean-up and everything). He accepted payment by credit card and since everything was electronically done, I received the receipt w/in minutes. I will hire him again when I need more help! Great job guys!
