Colorado Team arrived on time. They trimmed my palms and bushes. They hauled the debris away. They did a phenomenal job, which is why I hire them constantly. I definitely recommend them.

Mario was very fair with his pricing for the amount of work involved and does not add stump removal to his tree removal prices. They did a great job with some complicated pruning and cleaned up after the job was done.

They got here on time I talk to the owner Mario They were good I would always use them for my tree to be cut or trimming it did not take them no time to do the job and they clean up after to I love that they were throug and a little no time They are extra good and I have already told my friends It feels good to have someone you know would do a job and trust

Very bad attitude from Mario Ortega. First thing he asked when he arrived was to be paid in cash. Charging money upfront and not wanting to do the job on how we wanted to be done, as per our wishes. Mario did not stay during the work, he just came at the end and he concluded that the job was done. We were given grief on asking to cut more branches. We were not happy on how the trim was done. We actually wanted more trimming to be done to which he started saying that we will need to pay more after we were ripped off to begin with. Reluctantly he agreed to cut 2 more branches. He actually showed us on his fingers that he will not cut more than 2 branches since it was not part of the deal (seriously?). He is ripping off customers with very high pricing if you are not trying to negotiate. You are actually taken as a sucker and treated in that manner by Mario. There is no honesty involved here. Our mistake for going by the high star reviews which are very questionable based on how he actually does business.Going on doing business with neighbors and charging half of what we were charged for more work than on what was involved in our case. Basically, we paid for other 3 neighbors to get a great deal on that day.Asking for 5 star reviews from neighbors, hence why such high reviews all over the place.

Mr and Mrs. E[Consumer name withheld at their request], when I gave you the quote I stated that your trees had more work to be done compared to the other neighbors. We agreed on the price and I tried my very best to leave you guys content. We did cut several more branches and I did not charge extra, neither did I throw a fit. I always want to leave my clients satisfied. Few days later when you confronted me about pricing, I tried my very best to talk you guys. Your husband and your self insulted me with very racial words, words that aren?t very professional. In example ?go back to your country?, ?I?m calling ICE on y?all? , and ? Illegal immigrant wetbacks?. When joke is on you guys because we are all American citizens. My workers may not understand English well but they are very much legal and hardworkers, as myself. In any business, whether you go to a restaurant or getting a service, you get charged after the work is done. I received the payment after the work was done. I?m just trying to clarify that. I am very honest with customers and never overcharge them. We are known for being one of the most affordable in the area. The real reason you guys are upset is because you guys assume I charged more when in reality I charged accordingly to the work that was done. The work we did was amazing. And as for my reviews, in no way to I tell the clients what to say neither do I bribe anyone to make up reviews. I very much apologize you feel that way

Our mistake for going by the high star reviews which are faked based on how he actually does business. Charging us $750 for easy trimming on 2 small/medium oak trees and 2 tallish trees. Going on doing business with neighbors and charging half of our price for trimming trees and cutting down a tree. Basically, we paid for the whole street. Asking for 5 star reviews from neighbors, hence why such high reviews all over the place. Lessons learnt here: never go by 5 star reviews, bargain, never pay upfront.
