Carpets were too wet. It took more than 12 hours to dry. Workers damaged baseboards and wall corners with their hose.

As mentioned to you, we offer a 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with our work and will be reaching out to offer you the opportunity to have us back out to correct the issue. We want to assure you that we take customer comments and complaints very seriously, that your satisfaction is of the utmost concern to us and that we will take whatever steps are needed to make you happy. As to your specific concerns, it should only take six hours for the carpet to dry. However, in our humid climate, it definitely helps if our client has ceiling fans, which I understand you didn't t have, and the willingness to turn the air down to at least 68 to allow the cooling system to assist in withdrawing moisture from the carpet. I'm hopeful you will provide us with the opportunity to come back out and inspect the 'damaged' baseboards and wall corners. Out hoses are designed not to cause damage to baseboards or wall corners, we have never received a similar complaint about such damage from a residential or commercial customer and, according to our Senior Technician, who was onsite, you asked to assist with the hoses to insure that no damage occurred. In the end, we definitely want you to be satisfied and will be contacting you to schedule an onsite followup visit.
