This project was conducted from beginning to completion in an outstanding manner. That evaluation is from an individual who seldom uses that term. From Steve's initial visit to look over the requirements, to the final clean-up, I have nothing but praise for him and his crew

Overall experience was professional and very good. Although it took some time to get details nailed down and to get the installation scheduled, once a date was set, the Combustion Mechanical Services team was well coordinated, efficient and worked as cleanly as could be expected considering the job. It should be noted that since our boiler failed in late spring, with no heating requirements we were clear that there was no real rush for the install and that we were flexible. If there is one area where there may be an opportunity for improvement, I would recommend that system head loss calculations for each installation be done routinely by CMS as the original pumps specified for the job could be considered marginal for our application. As a Mechanical Engineer, I would rather pay a little more up front for pumps that are well-suited for the job than risk having a pump fail early (at an inconvenient time) because it does not quite have the power needed to easily do the job. Overall an excellent job with which we are very satisfied. I would highly recommend Combustion Mechanical Services and especially Steve Cole to anyone interested in a high-quality professional job.

Combustion Mechanical Services provided an excellent quality furnace. Their price beat all the other quotes we received yet we felt we did not compromise in any way. We are very pleased with the new Biasi furnace and the service was top notch!

The quote contained all the details of what would be done and I was able to work with the contracter to adjust it to my needs.
