Zach came out same day and saved us from the heat wave, 110 degrees out here and the house was 98 so our little old dogs are especially thankful! He was very educational and explained everything as he went, I really appreciated it

I wish I could give Zack and Comfort Air 10 stars, they are well deserved. Zack immediately contacted me after I submitted a request through Home Advisor, and he was at my home in an hour. Both of my A/C units were inoperable, Zack assessed the problems, then explained them in an easy to understand way. The pricing was fair, and Zack was friendly and professional. So happy to say that both of my units are working better than ever, Iâ ll never use anyone else going forward. Truly havenâ t had this level of customer service in a long while.
