Samuel is very thorough. Takes plenty of time and explains things clearly. I was impressed with the detailed report which not only explained findings but included pictures (even infrared), test results, as well as all recommendations. He is very professional, courteous and friendly. Would highly recommend him.

Samuel was extremely thorough and professional. It turns out that I didn’t have mold but did have serious air quality issues. He ran several tests, walked through the house and showed me the causes and made recommendations to fix the problem. I’m really happy with his service and would highly recommend him.

I don't think i could have hired a better guy! Professional, easy to talk to, very productive. After the inspection, he gave me detailed information, i felt like he also really wanted this mold gone! Afterwards he sent me an email with a even more detailed description on what has to be done. His job is not to up sale he charges a flat fee and stays in touch to make sure whoever you decide to hire works on the problems he discovered and looks at what he is recommending.
