Gerald was just amazing to work with. He took care of everything without question including permits and stayed in constant contact with me throughout. He worked with my crazy schedule and was helpful and professional every step of the way. You would never know there was anything ever on the property now. We had a small demolition job. CMS got back to us right away with a quote and we're able to do the job the same day. Gerald was great and really knew what he was doing. The price was very reasonable. We would highly recommend them
