I will just summarize the major issues because it wont let me type an entire review. This company put three dents in my wall, a hole in the drywall, shattered glass objects, put a hole in the material of a brand new chair, took fragile antique glass windows i bought from an antique vintage market, outside of the packaging they were wrapped in, and placed it in storage without the box, without asking if that was OK. Two of the Movers would get into constant arguments in front of me, they did not work efficiently or professionally, end result, cost Me, the Customer, several hundred extra dollars. Finally, both the phone call i had from Krystal in the Office as well as the Owner, were completely Unprofessional. Krystal was beyond rude and extremely defensive and the OWNER, refused to take any responsibility at first stating " WELL YOU KNOW WHAT? I DON'T HAVE TO FIX THE HOLE. READ THE BACK OF YOUR CONTRACT, I AM NOT LIABLE", all to the point the phone call ended in tears. One of the Movers dropped part of my Sofa. I saw it hit the wall, but I did not know at the time it left a hole in my drywall. Mover said NOTHING. I did not see this until 3 hours later when i walked past it. I brought it to the attention of the Lead Mover, explaining he needed to fix this as my house is being closed on in 2 days and the new owners did not buy a home with a hole in the wall. So how did the PROFESSIONAL MOVER fix it? He took my Spackle that was on my Kitchen Counter, without asking, and decided to try and fill in the hole. The Spackle kept falling into the inside of the drywall because its a HOLE. He spent 30 minutes making a mess of drywall and Spackle all over my floor. He then told me that once we get to the storage unit, he will have me drive him to walmart while the other three unload. Moving is a business, i get it, but i just hired 4 Movers and one has already spent 30 minutes to make a bigger mess instead of helping the other Movers. Now he wants to go to walmart and then repair the hole on MY COST. So i call Krystal in the Office. I don't call to tattle about the hole. It was an accident and while i was mad they DIDN'T TELL ME, i was not overly mad at a hole that can be fixed. So when calling Krystal i try to explain to her, the Mover spent 30 minutes trying to fix this hole and now he wants to go to Walmart. My question to her was going to be, can i get at least 1 hour PRO RATED to three movers and not four since the fourth has been not helping at all. Fair right? I then explain this job should have been over a couple hours ago and she immediately cut me off, became extremely defensive, and yelled " I FIND IT HARD TO BELIEVE MY GUYS ARE NOT WORKING EFFICIENTLY" So to anyone reading this, the Best Customer Practice of this Company is....Customer is wrong, Customer is Lying, and Office Manager knows what is going on without physically being there. Oh and its OK to Yell at your Customer via phone. Krystal gets off the phone with me and now the Owner Calls. The Owner starts out pleasant, but, before I can say, its OK, its an accident, out of nowhere gets Defensive and sternly says to me"Well you know what, I don't have to fix the hole. Read the back of your contact, I am not liable" He then Monopolizes the ENTIRE conversation, not even allowing me to tell him any of the issues i have endured through his Movers. Every single time I tried to speak, he just interrupted. This went on and on and finally, I just started crying out of frustration. He then says " I don't know why you are so emotional" Really???? Maybe because precious objects have been broken, Your Companies Movers are not efficient, I have 3 dents and a hole in my wall, and I am trying to communicate and express issues and can not get one single word in. There more to write and hope google allows all characters, but for now, this is the best review i can provide with the limited Space

In our defense we immediately contacted you to resolve this issue by having a family friend that owns his own drywall business come out to the residence and repair the quarter size hole in the wall. As for the damage to any other items you never once brought those issues up with our office staff or our crew. This customer gave us two options pay me $300 and I will not post a review or do not pay me and I will post all over social media. We choose not to pay because we fixed the wall and felt we did our part. We tried everything in our capacity to make this issue correct. We do appreciate you very much as a customer and are very sorry that the wall was damaged but our crew immediately fixed the issue and we stand behind that FACT. Have a blessed day.

They were a little late for the job, though not bad. At the pickup site, they were very careful in wrapping everything and protecting the floors and walls. However, they went to the wrong delivery site, didn't protects floors or walls when they did arrive, were completely confused when they tried to reassemble some furniture they had taken apart, and never returned after promising to replace some lost hardware.
