Called for leak at vanity faucet in bathroom. After two visits still have leak. Called back third time after 3 days no reply. Received bill after four days and still no reply. Called another plumber. Problem solved. Reluctantly paid bill. Won t make that mistake again.

They called me immediately after submitting my request to HomeAdvisor and set the appointment to find a leak that was destroying my daughter’s room floor, which is adjacent to the bathroom. Jesse arrived on time the next morning and within 30 minutes found the leak that no other plumbers could find. The source was that the wrong walls had been used by another company with the type of shower pan they installed. The slots where the correct walls would have connected and sealed any water exit points were exposed since the caulking they used to attempt to keep water from escaping the shower pan had fallen out. Jesse also noticed there was rain water coming through an open sewer gas line from where the other plumbers had cut and left it exposed. He went to the parts store got what he needed and capped the roof end of the drain. I am happy with the services I received from Cornerstone and already recommended them to my Aunt.
