Reese 1st arrived to look at the water heater. He was very professional and discussed how old it was and my options. I asked him for replacement estimates, which he gave me in absolutely no time. I had 4 different options, he thoroughly explained each one and I selected the one best for me. I knew exactly when he would arrive by texts and phone call which was great, he was very knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions. I decided on a specific model and to my delight, Reese checked and Cornerstone was able to do the installation that same afternoon. Prior to Danny's arrival to install the system, I received a text and phone call to let me know when he would be arriving. He went straight to work, installed the new water heater and cleaned up completely when finished. He answered all my questions and was most helpful and knowledgeable. After he left and I was reviewing the documents that were emailed to me, I had some questions and called in and spoke to Angie. She went out of her way to explain the program that was set up for me, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions very professionally. This company is top notch in my book, I couldn't have had a more pleasant experience all around, Thank you All, Reese, Danny and Angie for all your efforts on my behalf. I will absolutely be recommending this company to my friends.

First of all, sign up for their Platinum Customer status -- it's worth every penny of the $14.03 I pay a month! They provide an annual inspection of all AC/Electrical/Plumbing at no additional charge! I have had many occasions to use Cornerstone, whether for an emergency or routine situation. The CSRs are all very pleasant and accommodating, and seem to genuinely care about their customers. The professionals are all knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, honest, and trustworthy. Perhaps, even more importantly, they take the time to explain the "whats" and "whys" of their work. I would not consider any other organization to perform the services that Cornerstone Pros specialize in! EXCELLENT in EVERY WAY!

Cornerstone is a great company with dedicated friendly employees. They communicate well and are punctual. We use them for all our electrical, plumbing and AC needs. I would recommend them to anyone, there may be cheaper companies out there but as the saying goes you get what you pay for, and with Cornerstone you get value, quality and service but moistly peace of mind because they stand behind the work.

I received good service from Cornerstone. They came on time. It was raining outside and muddy and they took off thier shoes so no mud got on the floor. I would recommend them.
