They are not standing by their word, I paid the money they needed to start, and I gave the time they needed because he got sick, my project has not started and now his voicemail is full. They have to start with my project on June 6th as they offered but if they can't I want my money back.

A three day job turned into a 2.5 month job. Areas around house don't even have plants. Plants were not what was discussed. Left trash around house. Holidays asked them to clean up still had stuff laying everywhere. Had a portable pop up tent as the toilet, in front yard which for the holidays was a sight. The days they did not show in the beginning we were informed of whatever the excuse was but then it got to be so many days not showing up that we were not notified. Always had an excuse. Plants sat in front yard so long waiting to be planted that when they finally got planted they were half dead. This was blamed on us but company was hired to repair sprinkler system which wasn't done till after the plants were damaged. I can say one good thing when they saw plants were dying they replaced the worst looking ones. When we had finally had enough there was threats from them stating they would call cops on us and putting lien on our home. I would not recommend if you want what was discussed because you are going to get a job half done. Personally nice people but horrible to work with.

The sprinkler system was neglected for 10 years per your statement prior to our working on it, no labor was charged for repairs only material cost, the plants were damaged by the system being unplugged for an unknown amount of time, we spent 4 days on that system, this includes. Time clock, back flow, cylindoid, drip line , not to mention the 12 breaks in the existing line you yhat we had to repair replacing multiple solenoids replacing and adding valve boxes a total of 4 days digging up the yard to located the breaks in the lines. The estimated completion time was 8 hours - they took 30+ hours and did not show up to work until after 11:00 AM every day. We asked for a yard cleanout with mulch. They did not calculate the amount of mulch needed correctly and then asked that we pay an additional amount. We paid the amount and our yard still does not have enough mulch. I would not recommend this company.

I am sorry you feel that way, but we ended up removing bushes in the front yard as well as a tree that was not in the original estimate. We did all that extra labor that was not included in the estimate. We added material we did not charge you for, 32 plants and one tree removed free of charge, and added square footage that was not there because of plants that were in the area. We also added to the amount of mulch needed because your yard was so overgrown and the hedges were so high and thick that we could not see the area in the back due to overgrown hedges. as your lawn had not been properly maintained, per your husband, in three years. so yes there was added cost for materials each.

Not professional wanted renegotiate the price with the contract with no change in the scope the work . The project was schedule for 3 to 4 days but it took 25 days!

We do apologize for the way you feel Mr. Kan, as far as your project taking 25 days that is incorrect. The job took a total of 16 days from start or tear out. Most of the time that was spent on your project was taken up from the year out of the grass because every few feet we were digging up rocks, old shells, and old broken pavers, in which we did not initially see these obstacles with grass covering the yard. More time was taken up from having to separate the rock you and your wife wanted to save in multiple bins because you wanted to save them because of you? spent a lot of money on them as far as the scope of your project it was changed.
