Our experience with Countertop Surface Solutions was the best! It all started when I saw a billboard on Route 62. I contacted Jerry and the rest is history. His associate Hank met us at our house to look at our kitchen. We then went to their showroom. Hank went above and beyond because we couldn't make it there before they closed. He stayed until we arrived and he helped us in our decision making. We finally decided on granite and so glad we did. Thank you Hank! Also, thank you for my cutting board. We want to thank the guys who installed our granite, the plumber and Larry for doing the backsplash. Everything looks wonderful, we couldn't be any happier. Thank you Jerry, Hank and your whole crew! Owner, Jerry Sager was very informative and patient through the whole process. Hank was the gentleman that actually cut the stone. We were able to pick the slab we wanted for our countertop. Family business and I drove to Gahanna and picked out the granite, had they grey and white that I was looking for! Perfect installations and appliances were not installed yet.

One countertop was very heavy and they helped with removing it, which was not in the contract! The installation looks great and a well done job from this family run business. Finally, they were the lowest cost of the three quotes I had obtained.
