Crystal Water Pools

Jason, the owner, is very hands on and takes great pride in not just the building process but in the whole customer satisfaction experience. I know we saved about 10% going with this smaller, more attentive company than we would have being just another job number with the larger 'crank it out' operations. What we got in addition to the savings was a very knowledgeable, very caring, and honest pool builder. Our pool was completed July 2021 and we built during the height of Covid. Amongst all the supply shortages, scheduling issues and overall chaos of the global pandemic times, Jason saw us through it with great communication and patience. I waited this year and half to see how this company would respond post completion before I wrote a review. I wondered if after they were paid, if we would be left on our own or no longer a priority anymore. I have been very pleased that not only has Crystal Water Pools continued to hand hold me as a first time pool owner through this first year but Jason has stayed as engaged and genuine as the day we signed the contract with him. I highly recommend him and his company for a personal, honest and good overall pool building experience. -Lance K

Run and stay far, far away from this company. They come off extremely nice and convincing but the reality is much, much different. Non- responsive, and inept. I gave them a 10% down payment July 2021 and still do not have a pool. It's April 2022. I've asked for detailed records if what cost were incurred to come toma reasonable arrangement but all the owner Jason and Donna provided were excuses and false promises. They should be ashamed of themselves. If can't deliver, just say that and move on. The fight on this has just begun.

Crystal Water Pools, Jason and Kevin, were very helpful with our pool tile, coping and plaster work project. They got me scheduled in quickly, were competitively priced, and delivered on their timeline and estimate promises. This was a perfect experience, perfect level layout of the tiles, with beautiful high quality plaster and deck work as well. All of the crew were true Artisans taking extra effort in making sure everything was clean, working perfectly and that we were completely satisfied. Highly recommended!

Anything Jason told me he was going to do has gotten done. He has gone up and beyond for my project.
