I want to thank Sergio Pineda, Michael Allison, and Jordan Nettles for the professional work they did installing my Culligan water system. I chose Culligan because of its reputation but it was far better than I couldve imagined. Sergios vast experience and knowledge saved me a large amount of time and money to satisfy my difficult requirements. My wife and I own a Queen Anne cottage whose design doesnt easily fit aftermarket add on plumbing but Sergio and Michael were able to make it look like the equipment was installed when the house was initially built. The equipment reminded me of a brand new shiny but complicated industrial project but it turns out to be very simple to work. Michael is a quick study and did a fantastic job hiding all of the exposed lines so that Im confident I wont accidentally run them over by my lawn tractor (in the past Ive broken off all of my irrigation sprinklers at one time or the other). He and Sergio were very sensitive being careful to completely clean up when they were finished. You can tell theyve had very good training. Their lead, Jordan Nettles, was extremely helpful, friendly, and patient getting me started using the application (which is unbelievably powerful but very easy to use) plus he provided a protective marker to allow me to not damage the brine drain per my aforementioned accidental proclivity with garden items. Because of Culligans reputation for quality and ever improving technology made it impossible not choose their products. This aspect was totally shown to me by Marouf Suleiman (Water Quality Specialist) who enlightened me into what can be done to provide us with the safest and tastiest water we can get. So, please continue hiring the best in the business (such as Sergio, Michael, Jordan, and Marouf). Im very pleased with our new (and safe) water system. Jay Levy

Fred Sampson always services our water softener system. He comes to our door and checks in. He alerts us if there are any problems - very professional and courteous.

I feel that Culligan gives me the most value for my money because they have been in business for so long. They come out every three months to check salt levels and make additions as needed which means they will be able to spot any maintenance issues that need attention. I have peace of mind that culligan will be around to provide service as needed.

They are the best of the best in the business. They have been back 2 times just to make sure everything is working OK when I did not even ask them to come. Excellent customer service. I assume all water softeners are pretty much created equal. Customer service is the name of the game and they are at the top of their game.

there drinking water treatment is awesome no more bottle water.
