The staff were professional and they were not satisfied until Brenda and I were completely satisfied. Danny (President) was great to work with. Clifton was an excellent salesman - very knowledgeable and forward thinking. He is a plus for the company.

It turns out to be very true. Mike and Danny are very easy to communicate with. The whole process went very well from the design to the final construction. The partners they choose are also very clean and delivering excellent work We also love our integrity wood windows, which is recommended by custom concept.This is our first time with construction company. We are very satisfy the work and crew members. Custom concept surely will be our top choice for the next major project!

I had Custom Concepts replace my roof, which required replacing all of the plywod on half of the roof. Clifton was wonderful and worked with me to get just what I needed (half is a very low pitch roof, the other was standard) and was able to work with me on a few details (for example, the removal of a solartube and installation of an attic fan). The company was terrific about scheduling and the crew was fabulous on-site. So courteous and efficient! I would strongly recommend this company. Everyone with whom I interacted was honest, knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous.

We had Custom Concepts replace half our roof, and replace the associated wood trim (of our brick house), and install new gutters. Mike visited with us a number of times to make sure we understood their products and services (answering all our questions) and Kat stayed in touch with us so we understood the financing (it was simple). The work crew was always timely and did the work in just a couple days; keeping the debris from the roof removal under control (there is always a few nails and roofing materials that get carried away by the winds we get - so as expected we did find a few nails and debris over the next week). During this work we even got a visit from Danny, the owner, to check how things were going. Very professional and great products - top notch all around. We plan to do the rest of the roof and trim in the coming year and it will definitely be with Custom Concepts Construction, Inc.

Custom Concepts did an awesome job, including having to redo some bad work done by another contractor. The crew was excellent - they were attentive to all details of the large project scope (James Hardie siding, soffits, gutters, capping the exterior trim of all windows with James Hardie trim, and rebuilding the front porch to make it look like it was not an add on), worked hard every day, and cleaned up at the end of each day. I'm very satisfied with the outcome - especially the transformation of our front porch into an inviting place to relax thanks to Custom Concepts.

The team at Custom Concepts treat you like you are the only one. The detail of work was outstanding and the job was left neat and clean every day. I could not be happier with the new look of my house.

We hired Custom Concepts to do a deck job on a short timeframe. They did an excellent job, from A to Z. They handled the demo of the existing structure, got all the necessary permits quickly, got approval from the HOA of the community, coordinated times for construction with the tenants, and.... best of all, built a beautiful, safe, and value-enhancing deck on the back of our rental property. I can't say enough about how CCC handled this job so fluidly. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.
