Didn't complete water seal on one section of the patio cover

I replaced the entire roof on my home in Van Nuys. The demolition team damaged a number of things, including the attic fan, garage vent and stucco and trim. The fan and garage vent were replaced with ineffective solutions. Most of the roof was well done, but there was a leak in one area. After 2.5 months of requesting repairs, no one has even called to set a date to look at the problem, let alone repair it.There is now a problem with mold forming in the area of the leak. I would not recommend using a company that does not support its product/work.

Hired them to do my roof, stalling on making important corrections. They pushed a vents pipe on my furnace, put plywood and roofing material over that, my furnace doesn't work and they don't want to take responsibility.

while the guys applying the roof were wonderful and very professional the same can not be said for Jim Wilson, the sales rep. I was given misleading and wrong information about the warranty and what was to be covered and done and by the time I found out it was to late.

I would have given customer service 5 stars, but I wasn't given information on the choices that were available and what the differences would be and the different prices. I just thought there was just the one that the consultant mentioned. However, while waiting for the materials to show up on the day of installation, the foreman showed me a wonderful binder with maybe 2" x 1" actual samples of the various "cool roof" shingles and the colors. I feel I would have made a more informed decision with this additional information. The installers were very nice and hard working. They were on time and finished the job in a day and a half. Very pleased with the look of my roof. If you are thinking of getting the "Shasta White" shingle, I saw on some web site that the color was "bright white." It really isn't. It is a beautiful what I would call light, light gray. Definitely not "bright white." I was very pleased with the color. One more thing, and it just may be me, but I read that these shingles since they reflect the sun, that the inside of your home would be somewhat cooler. Especially since I went from a dark shingle to a very light shingle. I'm sorry to say for me, I don't feel any difference. That was the only reason I put the shingles on now since the roof shingles would have been okay for two or three more years at least. But not feeling any cooler in the house is really disappointing. But at least my roof looks really pretty.

Excellent customer service skills, very good demeanor! His quote was very reasonable, and I decided to have Jim and his team replace my roof. It didn't stop there. Jim was punctual when he & his team arrived on our agreed date and time. He was very efficient and attentive in following up and even meeting his team's needs. He readily answered all my questions, especially to any concerns I had. Jim provided excellent professionalism and high quality work for a very reasonable price. Overall, I was very happy with Jim and would definitely recommend him if you need any work done on your roof!"

they were on time and worked very efficiently. work was accomplished quickly. and they cleaned up everything when they were finished.

My roof wasn't installed properly and was in very poor condition. They did a very good job installing the new roof the way it should have been installed when the house was built.

Take care when you hire this company they do ok work to pass inspection, however when they write on the contract that they will charge you 5 dollars per linear foot for bad wood replacement, you will naturally assume that they will inform you how much bad wood you have before ordering the wood and showing you the delivery invoice at the time of delivery, they did not do any of that, instead the sales person simply said trust me we installed 600 feet and you have to pay it, and when I insisted on the receipt they were able to produce 400 feet and only GOD knows how much wood they actually delivered and installed, I agreed to pay 500 , however I am not at all happy with customer service and I feel cheated out of $500 for the wood.
