Matthew cancelled 4 scheduled dates to work with different reasons each time. He has not completed any work despite us giving him a $350 check. I would like a refund.

Matthew responds promptly to requests. He arrives on time, does very good work, at a fair price. I expect to use his service again.

After my first review post, I discovered that Matthew did not provide me with the services that I paid for. I hired him to install foam installation board and vapor barrier and plywood to cover the undercarriage of my 10x11 ft enclosed porch. He quoted me a price which I agreed to. I was at work when he showed up to do the job. I left work early, but when I arrived at the house , he had already completed the work. Besides some minor issues, which he said that he would return this week to finish, everything looked ok. Fast forward to Saturday. I was going through my security camera footage and noticed that when Matthew arrived at my home, he unloaded 5 sheets of plywood and 2 sheets of foam boards. I am assuming they were all 4ft x 8ft. From the camera on the side of my house, I noticed the 2 sheets of foam board lying on the ground. At one point, I saw him cut 2 long pieces and a few short pieces. I am not sure exactly what he was covering, but it definitely was not the entire underside of my porch. He had loaded a 1/2 sheet of the foam board and a sheet of plywood unto the top of his truck after he had not completed the job to take with him. I called Matthew on Saturday evening to discuss my findings. He insisted that he insulated the underside of my porch. He stated that he was driving and would call me when he got home. I have tried several times to reach out to him, but he will not return my calls. I would not recommend Matthew. Very dishonest if you are not around to inspect his work.

Matthew came and did our concrete foundation to our home , It was like night and day the difference . There was crack after crack in the foundation but Matthew came did the whole foundation and painted it . He has our home looking amazing again !!!!!!!

I hired custom,s Lane to repair some drywall that my kids damaged in their bedroom. when he was finished it was like it wasnâ  t even there. Matthew was professional, on time, clean and punctual. I would highly recommend him and will be using him again!
