The guy (Dale) that gave us the bid, said he could do the job in two days. It took them three. First red flag: he needed the deposit check to cash to get the materials, so they did not get started until 10:00, were done by 3:30 with an hour off for lunch. Second day, they asked for $40 cash to "get more mud". Kept remarking that "taping and floating" was not their "specialty" but they were "good painters". Third day, they had to borrow our shop vac to clean up and took some of our stuff (drywall screws,tape). The work was not ready to prime and paint. My husband and I had to spend two days "finishing" the room to get it ready to paint!

Very fast, polite and friendly. Reasonable pricing. Would use again.

Dale was reasonably priced and very professional. Since this was the first time I had used Service Magic I was not sure what to expect. I am glad I did. I am happy with his quality of work but most of all the price.

Paul Marquis came out to give an estamite of $200. I thought he was joking since I already had the baseboards and just needed someone to put them on. It was only about 65 feet. Paul must rip off a lot of people if he can still charge someone $200 for a job that cost half of that. I would just tell everyone to be weary of this scammer. So I had Dale Dane come out and asked the price that I was willing to pay. He did such a great job and even showed me what I needed to do incase I had to replace other baseboards in my house. I also had a few other things I needed to painted and knocked them out quickly and professionally

Dale was good, his assistant, was not so good( his assistannt rinsed paint cans outside on the lawn without my permission). I feel Dale should use a person with more experience, the work Dale did I was happy with.
