We hired DBM Homes to replace the screens in our sunroom with windows and the reason we chose them was because of the positive reviews. However, our experience was anything but positive. The first issue we encountered is they over promise and under deliver. They said our project would take 5 days to complete; however, it got pushed out to 3 weeks! Part of that was an issue ordering the correct window that took 2 weeks to get delivered. When the window finally arrived, they said it would take one day to finish but that did not happen. It took 3 days to finally semi-complete the sunroom until we decided we had enough and decided to finish it ourselves (i.e., paint touch up, install window ac and clean). The second issue is they have a serious communication issue â both internal and with customers. I felt like I had to micro-manage the Sales Manager, Josh for the latest updates because he does not proactively communicate with the customer on any delays, issues, etc. The other issue is the installer would arrive at his convenience â no set time each day. He works extremely slow, would leave & return multiple times, and drag out the process. The entire project could have finished a lot sooner had he worked straight through, but that was not case. Then they brought a guy to help paint and he used our brand-new window ac unit (still in its original packaging) as a step stool! Who does this?? I provided our feedback with one of their employees and invited the owner to reach out to us so we can share our experience, but she never did. I guess customer experience and satisfaction is not a priority for DBM Homes. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Vetted 6 GC's for an outdoor kitchen project. DBM came in 2nd to the lowest with an earlier start date. Decided to go with them based on schedule. Project came in on time and at budget. Beautiful craftmenship. Project came out spectacular. Would definitely recommend them for other projects.

My husband and I have used DBM for 2 different projects now, and both turned out wonderfully. Two summers ago, we had a deck and a storage shed added onto the back yard. The deck is beautiful, and has held up to the wear and tear of our 2 kids and 3 dogs :) I was also grateful they were able to build a shed from scratch and meet all of the crazy HOA requirements. Since we were happy with how that turned out we decided to hire them to remodel our Kitchen. On a side note, I have hated our kitchen since we moved in 4 years ago. You can imagine how thrilled I was to finally redesign the whole thing! I got new cabinets with nice handles (the original cabinets didn't have handles), amazing granite counter tops, hardwood instead of the awful laminate, and a unique backsplash (my favorite part). It took a little longer than expected but it was well worth it! Lastly I have to say the guys that did the work were amazing. Everyone was friendly, respectful and professional. The open communication with me on the status of everything was on point and appreciated. I would highly recommend them for any home project. Thanks DBM for all your hard work!

Very professional. Very honest. Great price. Showed up when they said they would. Provided rendering of project prior to signing. A little rough at the end where they didnâ t sand screw holes and edges well but came back and fixed all concerns and even allowed a change order and completed that right away. It now is done and looks finished. Would definitely hire again and recommend.

Very satisfied with the patio project the guys did! The project was completed in a short time yet looks very clean and of high quality. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for home remodeling work!

At first glance, the new deck looks good. And then you look at the details. They did not complete the staining. There are divots where screws went through the top of boards, and the stair is nothing more than a box made of leftovers. Overall, a disappointment.

Complete demo and remodel of kitchen, dining and living area to open floor plan. Raised kitchen ceiling from 8 to 12ft. Installation of new cabinetry, including built in dining hutch. Rerouted electrical and installed new lighting fixtures. New sheet rock, trim and paint. Very happy with team collaboration along the way!
