The company quoted one price and then after the work was finished they set the final price up much higher. I am not apreciative of this kind of switching of the information and asked for a more acurate quote before the final acceptance. The crew was fine and did a very good job but they should have been more upfront about the cost.

I hired this company for a 6'' snow storm. The 2 young men did a good job. They are not the owners. The following week we had a foot of snow. I called again for their service. The owner said someone would be there in the afternoon, but I should call if no one came at that time. I had to call to remind them and was told they would be here. NO ONE CAME OR HAD THE DECENCY TO CALL! The weather reports were warning everyone to remove the snow that day because the temperature was going to be below freezing for several days and it would be like moving cement. They were right. I will never recommend this company and I will not go through "HomeAdvisor" if these are the companies you recommend.
