Doug was the ONLY one of the several from this service that actually cared enough to give me an estimate...some made appt to come & never called to cancel & never showed. Some came, said would give estimate & never did. Doug was Very professional, arrived a few minutes early of the time for estimate, gave me an estimate & selected a date to do work, which was to repair/replace soffitt raccoons had dislodged to gain access to my attic. He also noticed a couple of widow exteriors that needed repair & did that work also. He and his crew were on time the date scheduled, speedy and did an excellent job. I will use him again.

Doug did an excellent job on my hay feeder roof. He went above and beyond by making the pins for the doors less â horse friendlyâ and more â human friendlyâ . He also notice when he was done putting the metal roofing on that it was sagging in the middle. I had some leftover lumber that he used. He cleverly cut it into pieces that went between the metal roof and the existing rafter on the front and back. No more sagging! I was very impressed with the fact that he pointed out these things and then fixed them. He stopped at the hardware store to bring hardware for the new pins. I would recommend Doug for lots of different types of projects. He did an excellent job!

He had quoted me and billed me for services and material still yet to be provided and/or completed. The craftsmanship on structural items as well as cosmetic items is below average, unprofessional, and unsafe. My dog peed on his tool, and he charged me $800. He borrowed $12,000 and then convinced me, and I 100% took advantage of my lack of advantage in this area and took $12,000 because his truck broke down that day and that was the only way to get the material delivered, and I still do not have the material. This has taken an emotional and physical toll on me and left me financially ruined for my retirement. I will not wish this experience on anyone.

Doug gave the estimate and payment but his brother did the work and was poor job. You could see the tape through the mud in areas and went to use the outlet and it just pushed into the wall where the hole was cut too big! Called and messaged him with no response or fix the problem.

Did an excellent job but was extremely unprofessional. Made many inappropriate comments and was leering at me most of the time.

When I got to her house she was drinking and told me to get my cute a$$ inside and was flirting so I flirted back I did my work while she drank her beer.

Incompletion of work that has to be done, it is not what I paid for, he just took my money, and now they are not answering the calls.

Beth was one of those women that stand over top of you watching everything you do even her neighbors told me after I took her job on that I messed up by doing work for her and I should have listened because after the job was over 3/4's of the way done she decided to tell me I was fired.
