She sent me a report that stated it is "analysis of mold samples collected from your kitchen sink on April 13, 2016." She was in residence April 11, 2018 to obtain samples from air vent and ceiling area. Only way to know report is for my residence is the lab noted right locations (with misspelled name as name was incorrectly conveyed to them by DHR). Could have overlooked this error except she was slack throughout job. She showed up without the right tools. Despite being provided the ceiling height, her ladder did not reach without a great stretch. She was requesting an element in which to tape her test tool for air vent. She should know by now that these can be deep. Took 6 calls, 3 texts and 2 emails stating I had not received the report that she had committed to providing within 8 days of post-testing. I got it 18 days post-testing with it noted for a kitchen sink to a misspelled name. This after email from her stating it was coming a specific night- it did not. And asking if I had questions on the report, despite my calls, texts and emails stating I did not receive the report. Not once did she simply pick up the phone to discuss situation about missing report, which according to lab report was provided April 17- 8 days after test date. I got it April 28. BTW, my phone records showed she called me twice before she got the job- not even 1 time once hired. I made all contact. Except, when she finally sent report- late, and when she sent bill, stating payment was officially past due as of April 24... 4 days BEFORE she sent the report! Textbook for poor customer service. It was April 27 that I sent her email stating liability to health of occupants in the home with mold that could spread within 48 hours (had no idea it was trace count with non viable), informing we would need to hire someone to conduct testing without obligation to pay her for a service not complete if did not receive report by noon the next day. We got report in triplicate, saying she must have had wrong email. She could have previously attached report in response to email sent by me to her. She could have come clean. Excuses fall flat. Her delay put me behind schedule. Do not waste your time with DHR. There are qualified experts to help with your project..
