I dealt with Don and he was very to work and talk with. He was very personable and took all our requests into consideration. They did a wonderful job as a company and roof looks wonderful. We are looking forward to receiving their estimate for the siding. I thank the company for their understanding & a job well done.-Patti Ammerman

Do not hire them to build a shed. I asked them if they could build a barn style shed just like the one I showed them a picture of, and they said they could. From the very beginning when they started they would argue with me on how I wanted it done. First thing was I wanted the shed off the ground so air could circulate, but they said that it would be unstable. Then they sloped the roof too much and did not put an overhang on it like the picture showed, and they argued with me it was not necessary. Then I said I wanted trim around the roof and said I did not need trim as the drip edge was sufficient. I told them I wanted the trim, and they said it would be an extra $150 for just that and would not charge me labor. Well, I took a look at the estimate and trim was already included in the price. And also the trim cost less than $50. When it came to the paint they just wanted to use primer paint that is just thicker paint. It was no primer in it. I had to argue with them to do it the right way with primer, caulk and paint. Then before they had a chance to finish the shed it was not to code for the county. I told them it had to be 10 feet from the rear property line, and they decided to put it only 8 1/2 feet. The county could fine me up to $2500 if I did not meet code. Then it would have cost me another $350 to hire someone to move it to meet code. This has been a total NIGHTMARE. They are not licensed, insured and bonded, and they said they were, it was printed on their flyers.
