I very much appreciated Duttonâ s commitment to my safety during these Covid times. The workers arrived wearing mask and gloves the entire time they were in my home. Also appreciated the covering of of shoes while here; very respectful and caring. The workers communicated what was needed to complete the job very well, and I was happy with the cleanup afterwards. Overall a great experience.

Steve, the technician that came to my house was honest and probably knew his stuff. Dutton contacted me through Home Advisor. I asked the person that called if they serviced the specific brand of watersoftner that we have. She said that they did. I paid $39 for Steve to very professionally tell me that he had never worked on this brand before and could not fix my problem. High marks for Steve. Low marks for Dutton service rep.

Ryan was fantastic. I thought I needed a new flange because the studs were too short for the new toilet and the previous owner added tile in the room, and that prevented the studs from coming out. Ryan reviewed the situation and suggested against changing the flange, and instead working out the grout around the studs. Thus being able to make the change to the longer studs. That saved a lot of money that was unnecessary. He then installed the new toilet. He did a great job, and was a very pleasant and professional person. Dutton answered my call and had someone contact me to fix my problem in minutes after my first contact with them. I highly recommend then and Ryan. Thanks.
