Ive called them, i wish they return my call and fix my refrigerator. I've heard from no one and that really irritates me. Im a really reasonable guy and I'm getting no response besides their answering service.

**Mr. Appliance** seemed to forget about my scheduled 9am appointment to fix the leak in my dishwasher. When a tech did not show, I called the company to ask about my appt. The owner scrambled and got someone out to my home after lunch. The tech was not at all friendly or apologetic for missing my morning appt, he just walked right in made a beeline for the kitchen. After about 20 min, he said he ran the dishwasher 5 times and could not find anything wrong and that it did not leak when he ran his test 5 times. He charged me $90 for the diagnostic test and promptly left. I ran the dishwasher immediately after he left and it started LEAKING! I called the company back and the tech returned. He discovered the gasket cover was loose so he tightened it, then turned around and charged me another $45! Honestly, for the inconvenience I was put through, you would hope the tech would just TELL me to tighten the cover myself (literally as simple as twisting a bottle cap!) and save me the extra $45. I won?t be using this company again!

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them.
  7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
