Poor customer service and terrible communication. I only heard from the sales rep/ installer. He would say he's coming and then wouldn't show up. He did this 3 straight days. Said he lived in a valley and didn t have reception so that s why he couldn t call me. I never knew when they would show up. Also I caught him lying to me about our discussions on placement of fence. They were blaring music and smoking on my property which was never discussed . I never received any literature like I was promised. The workmanship is average. I am unsure if I would call them back

very professional, friendly, and seeked input from us on how we wanted things. Started the job as soon as contract was signed and down payment was made and finished the job on time.
