Craig was really great to work with him, and we will definitely hire him again in the future. My only reservation about his service was that he didn't properly coordinate the timing of other contractors' work. The poor planning/timing lead to our newly refinished floors having more blemishes than expected - quite a few. But he didn't personally refinish the floors; he just coordinated the floor refinishers into the overall schedule. All of the work that Craig (or his team) personally did, is of really excellent quality.
