The quality of the mount itself is good but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired, We discussed the height unfortunately it was not done correctly, which is going to cost me additional money.

"I responded 4 days ago to your email, my family was hit by a tornado in little rock and I was trying to make sure they had food and supplies. I explained that there is a socket in the living room that is in the way to provide the height you are looking for. I suggested in the email to hire an electrician to move the socket or we can go over the socket with the Frame Mounts and cover it completely, but in that case, your TV is too high. The plug is directly in the way. You have a lot of sockets on your walls so we tried our best to accommodate But legally I'm not allowed to move electrical sockets. I apologize for not making sure you received ours."

These people definitely know what they're doing. Hired them to assemble a playset purchased for my kids. They were friendly, punctual, and professional. Also really fast. Had the playset assembled in half the time the instructions say it takes. Not to mention best price I found after looking at 5 other companies. I would definitely recommend these people.
