Dave is very honest and was extremely helpful with helping with this project because I was in Michigan and the job was in Florida. He explained everything, was prompt on his emails and even pulled permits. Thanks Dave and Greg for all your help

Careless and dishonest
Response by Dave's Service & Maintenance, Inc.: Hello this is Dave with Dave's service and maintenance I am sorry if you were not happy with our work the work was done around feb 2 the job consist of us installing 2 ceiling fans at existing locations at a price of 120.00 as long as the boxes were rated to support the weight of the fan if not their would be an extra charge for replacing the boxes to the correct ones. and we never received a call or any other type of communication that you were unhappy with the work and now almost 1 1/2 month later you put this review on home advisor I am sure if you would have called we would have done everything possible to make you happy so please feel free to call me at 727-320-4800 to resolve this as customer satisfaction is very important to us
