I just needed someone to come and tell me if I had a load bearing wall...He came with in a day...He then came back a week later to see the completed work and to reconfirm our concern on the load bearing wall..Easy to talk to an understanding...

He was there, made sure that everything was going right. He is a perfectionist. My building inspector said the walls were very straight. He was great.
