Mike P. and I met early Monday to design the steps and this was the most important part of the project. At this time, we determined the height, width and depth of each step and where the step abuts the existing wall. This ensured that we were both understood the project. The work was substantially complete by Tuesday and I met up with the contractors at the end of day. There was some minor clean up that could have been done to make the area look better but I told the contractors not to power wash for fear of spraying the neighbors etc. The workers came back on Friday to complete the flagstone cutting and fitting and leveling. Overall an excellent job, the trash removal could have been better hence I am dinging them half a point. I can clean up some of the cement chunks myself. The job was completed for significantly under every other bid by as much as $1000. Most contractors wouldn't even bid. Completely happy!

They contacted me at work because they had a crew in the area, and the work was done an hour and a half after I got home. I generally don't like aggressive service providers, but in this case, it really worked out well for us.

Good work and reasonable prices

Mike P. is terrific to deal with and seems to be a very straight shooter. They not only replaced the gutters, but also put on a whole new roof, added insulation in the attic, and added a metallic reflecting barrier. Service and price were both all one could ask. They left the work site in immaculate shape, with zero damage to plants, landscaping. Work was done promptly, and on schedule. We were/are very pleased to have dealt with them, and would strongly recommend.

They came out early because it was going to rain exceeding my expectations. I asked them to do some additional work on another roof included in the price they did it no problem.

Very quick service, friendly, seemed knowledgeable - of course, time will tell when the next rain comes, whether or not our problem was solved.
