I found this plumber to be very expensive but I had no choice but to use him. He was the only one hat could do the job the fastest. I was already out of hot water for 7 days and the other people I called couldn't come out for 2 weeks just to assess the job. he did a great job and was nice and kind though

We hired Paul after receiving quote to replace shower and tub fixtures. The quote included the removal of multiple tiles to get at the pipes. Paul also advised us to return the fixtures we purchased for better quality ones. Once the work started , Paul discovered he needed an additional part and also discovered that he only needed to remove and replace one tile. He also took upon himself to purchase different fixtures than the ones we purchased and had available. Then the delays started, due to hospitalization of my myself and Paul at different time over the course of the month. Once things were back to normal Paul was able to come and finish the job. He advised my wife that the job was complete and was paid the balance of what was owed. Upon my return home I checked the work and discovered that the tile removed was not replaced properly, and one corner was not flush with the other tiles, he also didn't replace the shower pipe and the diverter that was installed did not hold the hand held shower fixture properly which eventually fell off and shattered the corner tile shelf. The next day I called him and voiced my displeasure with the quality of work done and the fact he stated the work was complete. I later advised him in a text that I didn't want him back in the house and wanted a refund for the shoddy workmanship. Now six months later I still have not seen a refund or a response from my last text. And I still have a broke shelf and fixtures that I didn't want

I would put their name out there to everyone that needs work. The time frame was perfect and the work was done in a timely manner. Very professional. They have done all of my plumbing work anytime I have needed anything done.
