They were terrific to work with, they were fast, reliable,did what they said they would at the price they said they would, showed what needed to be done and explained it, would hire them again.

needed annual maintenance check. came in and they made recommendations to clean the coils. the cost was too much but they worked with me and we came to a deal that I would get the coils cleaned and 3yrs of maintenance (2x a year) for $450 (3yr maintenance is normally $570ish, and to clean the coils alone was $300~). overall, satisfied with the deal and peace of mind for the future. I'm a 1st time homeowner and having peace of mind regarding my a/c is a great feeling. :)

Project: Repair or Service a Central Air Cleaner
Comment: Terrible company. My unit is less than 2 years old and has already needed fixed twice. They said I had a 10 year parts and labor warranty which they back tracked on claiming both people who took care of me no longer work for the company. Aaron came out Sunday, July 15th, 2018 to "supposedly" fix my unit then told me he will charge me $110 per pound for freon that costs $7 per pound. Plus, he was NOT going to fix the unit from the underlying purposes that ARE covered under manufacturer warranty. So then he decided it would be a good time to try and sell me a TRANE unit when I just purchased this new unit from Delta (his company) less than 2 years ago. Carlos claims he doesn't make the units but he also does not take care of his customers. Carlos claimed it would take $1200 to fix the issue after I called him and his employee out for their lack of ability to fulfill my 10 year warranty. I don't TRUST this company to do any more work for me. I will have another A/C company out to verify their truthfulness . $70 and 30 minutes later, another A/C repair company fixed the $1200 problem. I would never use this business if I knew their character at the beginning.

They arrived on time and completed the work quickly. I needed to replace the capacitor which was 12 years old. I’m happy to know that my ac is now in great shape and I have a maintenance plan should any problem occur.
