If I could I would give this company all zeros. To the town of Bloomfield do not hire him. Do not hire Demand Pro. Hire his employee Michael because his owner stinks. Michael should be working for another company. I filed a theft complaint with officer Wilkins with the Bloomfield Police Dept. Michael said he saw the professional Israel unload the spindles in his garage. He had no regards for my daughters baby shower and no regards for me having the hot tub installed. Israel promised me the job would be done in 4 days and all he had was one worker. Michael. Michael is on a different payroll as of today. His boss Israel still owes him 43 hrs at $40 an hour. The work is not completed and he is not guaranteeing his work.

Israel was great. I spoke with him around 8am he showed up before 11 and completed the work and gave me advice on how to maintain the garage. I am pleased with my service and will reuse.

The technician came twice. over charged me and ultimately broke the the clothes dryer beyond repair by putting the wrong size drive belt and rigging it which broke the drive shaft. I spent $180.00 dollars on a a repair job that destroyed the machine. I should have just bought a new machine from the get go. I DO NOT Recommend hiring this company.

We had a dishwasher issue on a federal holiday so I wasn t sure I d find help in time, before a water leak got worse. I m not sure if Demand Pro would guarantee that an employee is available to help 24-7, 365, but I was so pleased that they tried to assist and someone was indeed able to come help us out!
