Denver Small Moves is a small local moving company who is competing with the "big guys" for your business by offering one on one attention, low prices, and great service that makes your move painless. We are licensed, insured and registered with the PUC. We can handle your move no matter how small or big it may be and can handle same day service. If you check our references of recent moves we have done, you will be sold because we create raving fans out of customers. We have a 16 ft and 24 ft truck very clean interior, the best movers around, shrink wrap, furniture blankets, dollies, tools, etc. We do this everyday and have a ton of experience and always leave our customers happy with their decision. I needed more men on my moving job. The move took much too long. Management needs to see the site before estimating cost. I paid $475 plus tips and still had to spend a day moving plants. The people were wonderful to work with, however.

We hired Denver Small Moves to move some large furniture.. They did an excellent job. 5 guys came to the job, all very professional and friendly. They treated my furniture like it was their own. Would definitely recommend them!

Pros: All of the movers were very friendly and the initial quote was by far the lowest. Cons: Arrived almost an hour late. Furniture, computer monitor, frames and banister damaged during the move. (The owner did have a repair professional come to the house) The move ended up requiring another trip to complete which required an additional fee. The initial estimate was for 1 26' truck. (All other movers estimated 2-3 trips with a 26' truck) For the second trip, I as told to be back at my old house and they would be there about 15-30 minutes behind me. Took them almost 2 hours to get back to the house to complete move.

They came unprepared and I had to end up running to rent them a dolly. They didn't attach the fridgerator water line correctly and it leaked for a week. The basement ceiling caved in causing thousands in damage. The owner told me to lawyer up and hung up.

"This is a very unusual and unfortunate situation where the customer had a very complex filtration system for his refrigerator. I personally suggested several times to hire a professional plumber, he declined and was determined to "hook up the refrigerator" right then and there. Since he didn't listen to me and assisted in the installation, he is responsible for any leaks that happened. My words exactly were, "we are movers, not plumbers". The unprepared part he is referring to is when we needed to drag a refrigerator uphill on grass and rocks, he didn't mentioned this to us over the phone or we would have been prepared."
