We were fortunate enough to be introduced to Nick DeSantis because of another project he had going on in our complex. After an introduction and an evaluation of the work at hand we decided to hire Nick. The funny thing was that at the time, we really really wanted a painter. We had some very tired old colors in our house but when we considered that Nick had the crew to make our home reno dreams possible, we decided to give the bucket list. Nick quoted our project which was pretty comprehensive and with a price point where we could see tons of value for the outcome. Because Nick gave an estimate that was realistic, we completed ALL bucket list projects. As soon as the project kicked off, I was extremely impressed with the hands on approach that Nick took. He works with his brother Damian and they are a great team. In summary, we installed kitchen backsplash tile, new flooring in the bedroom, crown moulding in our den, installed new can lights, moved other electrical, added more light, painted our entire condo from top to bottom (base boards, trim, walls). And when I say we, I mean Nick's team. Nick works with an incredible group of subs. From Brian and Cody, to Ben, Alfredo & Jamie and to the guys at Kennedy Electric. These guys are the real deal. Attention to detail, On Time, Trustworthy and Reliable. They are all good people. I honestly could not have been happier with the results of this reno, we tip our hat to Nick and his awesome team for their incredibly hard work. These guys are the best in the beach and an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the workmanship of this team and it was an absolute pleasure to get to know each of these gentleman as they were working their butts off at our house. Nick, We can't thank you enough for giving us a home we are so proud of. You are a true professional with a heart of gold. PB and the surrounding beach areas are lucky to have such an awesome contractor here in our backyard.

Remodel Specialist- Desantis Renovation Solutions I have gone through 7 remodels and a full house renovation and I have never had such dedication from the contractor from day one to help with EVERYTHING!! Nick, the owner, contractor, has met with me at various companies to help me select everything for a complete remodel of a 2BD-2BA condo. In just about a week or less we have chosen everything, he has filled out the lengthy 31 page HOA "architectural package" required by the HOA and is totally involved and remembers all of my questions or concerns!! Not only do they do condos (which can be trying) but they have a FULL crew for maintenance and property management. I started doing these several projects, rentals, etc. in 1976. I have never worked with a company that comes remotely close to giving the service that this company gives and at a very fair price!!! I highly recommend them and feel confident in recommending them whole heartedly! He and his group of trusted workers have a special touch. Read their reviews and I think you will find that everyone has been highly satisfied!!!

I have called Desantis Renovation Solutions for three repairs in the past month. They repaired dry wall, replaced four exterior doors, and other maintenance work on one property. On another property, a gate latch was replaced almost immediately, which was appreciated as it was a security issue for the new tenant. On another property, moisture damaged walls were repaired along with other maintenance chores. This required multiple return visits and careful interaction with the tenant, who, at the end of the job, was pleased with the outcome. Desantis is a professional company. They do great work. I'm glad to have found them.
