The work was completed in two hours despite multiple problems they were repairing. I was very happy with the results and will recommend them to friends and family. Loved the receptionist who scheduled the appt. Fast service, happy customer!

Left a mess and walked out.
Response by Desert Star Electric, Inc.: I was saddened to see your 2-star review of our work on replacing your bath fan. Inasmuch as this is not the normal response from our customers, I talked to our employees to inquire "what happened". Their report indicated that they had swept up what they could; the electrician in the attic said that he got down on his hands and knees to pick up the insulation which had fallen from the attic and landed on the area rug in the bathroom and additionally he took the rug outside and shook it; the homeowner advised our employees that he would vacuum up the sheet rock dust that remained after the area was swept. I would appreciate your recommendation as to what we could have done better to serve you. I have ordered a hand vacuum which they can carry with them in the future. I am sorry about your dissatisfaction with our work; our goal is to provide quality customer service and we will strive to continue that pursuit. The owner of Desert Star Electric was appreciative of your comments when the crew left the job site when you complimented the crew on the good job they had done on the fan installation. Extremely responsive, exceptionsl service. I was in the middle of installing a ceiling fan (have installed a lot), ran into something i hadn t before, called Desert Star and they were able to respond within the hour. I m very, very pleased and will use them for any future electrical issues.

Troubleshoot the fire alarm system. After replacing batteries in all fire alarms we discovered it was a faulty Smokey/CO2 alarm. They were very prompt, courteous and professional.
