Very awful repairman he seemed to have no knowledge of his craft. God bless him.

Not true!!! You sir did not allow me to do my job that you hired me for in the first place, You got buligerant and verbully abusive to the point that while you were on the phone with a Home Advisor rep that she thought you physically attacked me and she was ready to call the Police! I made 2 mistakes that day 1) letting you talk me into helping you take your TV off the wall which is a liability risk on my part I should not have done. And you should have allready done as it needed to be repaired, cant repair it on the wall just commonsense their, oh waite their is no commonsense any more. But being the good guy and you getting upset I did. and 2) I did not confirm the sound issue with your TV that you said you were having(no sound reason for getting main board) before taking it down due to your attitude when I was refusing to take tv off the wall. If I would have done that probably would have discovered the other issue of TV not turning on or maybe not will never know now. Oh waite I could have put old part back in to see but was not given the chance due to being verbally abused. When I replaced the part and Tv had another issue, while I was looking up the issue on my phone and calling Sony Tech Support you were on phone with Home Advisor and verbally attacking me Because TV was not fixed wanting your money back for part you purchased. In the process I told you that the code 6 error that it had was a POSSIBLE Panel issue YOU GOT EVEN MADER. You took it that the TV was trash, never realy gave me a chance to explain that could have ment anything could be wrong right down to the part I had gotten was bad. I also had to take into consideration that you left the TV plugged in and we had bad weather the week before which could have played a part into why TV would not come on after part replacement, but we will not know that for sure because you did not give me the chance to turn TV on before taken down from wall! But instead of letting me explain this to you and what I needed to do next, like put old board back in to see if that solved issue but no sound you go over the edge to the point telling another rep from Home Advisor that you were transfered to that you want me out of your house and a part refund! I put your TV back together while we were talking to Home Advisor rep and got out of your house at your wishes! And as Home Advisor told you I am still entitled to my pay that you owe me. But I told the Home Advisor rep that no its not worth arguing over even though I drove over 70 miles to site. So I am not going to persew that issue even though I should. I was NEVER abusive or out of line to you sir, you are not an electronics technician you have not a clue what goes into diaging TV issues. I have been one for over 30yrs and working on Flat screen TV's for 11yrs with all major companies and have a 100% track record and the most wanted tech here in Louisiana for TV repair and IT work along with computer repair all both home and business plus I
